Step 1: Setting your expectations

1. You may need to wait for weeks or even months to be hired (depending on the answer you filled in and which social platforms we're using)

2. You will start part-time

3. We will ask you to track hours using a time tracker

4. Your work will be based on the client’s preferred time

Step 2: Be informed

1. Our appointment setters earn salary + commissions up to $2000 USD/mo on average. You are also paid for every showed appointment that you book.

2. We will have a first 2 week trial period.

Step 3: Complete your requirements

1. Submit your application form

2. Once you receive an interview invitation, you must respond within 24 hours

3. Attend and pass your interview

Step 4: Vetting Process

1. We'll usually select 2-5 candidates for the interview, if you're picked, you will be informed of the details via email or DMs

2. Make sure that you have the meeting link prior to the interview. Email the client if you didn't receive any meeting link

Step 5: Interview & Hiring

Step 6: Onboarding

You will setup a date and time for onboarding

During onboarding, you must discuss the following:

1. Payment frequency

2. Payment Channel

3. Working hours & days

4. Goals & role

6. expectation

7. Meeting Schedule

Step 7: Appointment Setter Training

Once onboarded, you must go through a training with us, once done with the training document, book a shadowing session through a link that we gave you.

Requirement before booking the call:

1. Access to the sheets that we give you

2. Accounts that will be used for prospecting

3. Finished the training document

Step 8: Start prospecting


1. You must reach the daily KPI goal

2. You must send a daily EOD report

3. You should follow up (dial) with warm leads, no shows, and send reminders to the booked calls every day

Step 9: Performance expectations


As the phone setter, you're expected to bring results.

Failure to achieve results will lead to your dismissal.

Step 10: Reason for dismissal


1. We'll check your performance (phone call recordings). If we see something that you're not supposed to be doing or you aren't doing what you're supposed to do - Dismissal

2. Poor performance - Again, you're expected to produce results

3. Continuous absences

4. Poor internet connection

5. Or any issues that may cost the low performance of the campaign
